Miss Yoga India 2026 is a prestigious yoga event organized by the Yog Sports Foundation in association with Maa Bhaarti Naari Yog Siksha Sansthan. Around 50 selected female participants from different parts of the country will participate in this prestigious event. The competition aims to promote women empowerment through yoga while highlighting professional yoga teaching skills, flexibility, balance, and mastery of yogic postures. Participants will demonstrate their expertise in yoga poses, stage presentation, and yogic discipline, making the Miss Yoga India competition one of the most inspiring yoga platforms for female yoga teachers in India.

The event also includes exciting rewards for top performers. Winners of the competition will receive attractive cash prizes to recognize their dedication and excellence in yoga. The 1st Prize winner will receive ₹10,000, the 2nd Prize winner will receive ₹8,000, and the 3rd Prize winner will receive ₹5,000. Apart from cash prizes, participants will gain national-level recognition, professional exposure, and the opportunity to connect with leading yoga organizations and yoga enthusiasts from across India.

To maintain the professional standard of the event, certain rules and eligibility criteria have been established for participation. Only female yoga teachers are eligible to participate in the Miss Yoga India competition. Participants must have completed a Yoga Degree, Diploma, or Certificate Course from a recognized yoga institution. Additionally, candidates should have at least one year of yoga teaching experience and demonstrate good knowledge and performance of yoga asanas.

Interested participants must submit their application along with four yoga pose photographs showcasing their flexibility and technical ability, along with one professional photograph. These submissions will help the organizing committee evaluate the candidate’s yoga skills and presentation before final selection.
